Abstract With advances in technology, the paperless survey has become easier, cheaper, and more readily disseminated on the Internet with the use of Web-based technology called Net.Collect. Net.Collect is the Internet-based counterpart to Survey Pro and runs transparently through it. Net.Collect has the same qualities and tools as Survey Pro Net.Collect provides users with highquality HTML-format surveys and excellent graphics. In addition, Net.Collect enables researchers to design an Internet survey that is easy to complete, quick to disseminate, paperless, and postage-free. Researchers can take a paper questionnaire created on Survey Pro, export it to Net.Collect, and immediately have a survey on the Internet.
